Calling All Independent Women “What does financial independence mean to you?”

Summer is here and a three-day weekend are reasons enough to celebrate, so it’s easy to lose sight of the original reason we honor the Fourth of July. One of my favorite sites for women LearnVest took to the streets in preparation for Independence Day to ask women, “What does financial independence mean to you?”

And why is financial independence important?
The resounding answer was: “So I can do what I want!”
