That question is ask to me almost weekly. Yes you can and that is amazing. If you would have ask me 5 year ago i would of said no Today you can buy a livable house that is 2 or 3 bedroom depending on the area. Here are some example of area…Bryn Mawr, lake ridge, Rainier Beach, Skyway, Renton, Kent, West Seattle.
