Should I counter?

I recently put under contract a deal for my buyer. The house was listed for $225k and she wanted to try to get it for $200k. The buyer and seller counter back and forth and it came down to $3000 difference. Buyer said what should I do, counter again or accept it?

I don’t have the right for her, however i ask her how much do you want the house and is it worth $3000 more?

The moral of the story is how much do you like it vs the principle of getting a “deal”.
