Google has used facebook as model to add to their already booming search engine. Adding a +1 component as a tool to gauge how much someone enjoys your content as Facebook did with the Like button. I am not sure how this information will transend into the world of real estate. I do know that this is going to very good for our blog and our marketing efforts. Our team is on top of the latest and greatest and building relationships online is another part of the puzzle to giving our clients connected with us and helping us find more leads to connect buyers and sellers.
Google Places
Google places will be connected soon with google plus. I am not sure how but I know that the tech chatter is still trying to figure things out. I know it is all new for everyone and people are still trying to figure out this entire social media marketing world. Maps and google places will make it easier for business and ecommerce to connect and be Hyper Local. This is going to build up big time.
