Recently my Uncle and I sold two houses to Thach and his wife Camie. They were fair in prices and extremely professional. From the moment we met, it was like we had known them for a long time. We trusted them because there was something that was outstanding about both of them. They were very helpful in dealing with all the paperwork and working with the title company.
Things were done exactly the way Thach said they would be. He kept in touch with me at all times and with him, which made a hard decision to sell these two houses much easier. If I were to sell my current home I certainly would go to him or if I wanted to buy another home it would be through him.
We were able to sit and ask him questions and he had answers. In my opinion, he offers something that I feel is priceless......his time. They both made us feel comfortable. We made two new friends and I would recommend them to anyone.
